André Revilo

André Revilo has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and positions. André started their career at TIVIT in 2011 as a Support Technician, providing support for users, troubleshooting technical issues, and configuring software and hardware. André then moved on to Alta Comercial de Veículos as a Support Analyst Tier I, where they were responsible for technical support for users at multiple levels, network management, and user access control.

In 2013, André worked at RH Software as a Support Analyst Tier I, where they managed and maintained ERP systems, installed ERP servers and network terminals, and provided customer support. André then joined Cadmus Soluções em TI as a Data Center Technician in 2014, where they gained experience in a NOC environment, monitoring environments and managing incidents.

From 2015 to 2017, they worked at TEF TI Tech as a Support Analyst Tier II, implementing and administering the company's infrastructure and providing technical support to users. In 2017, André joined GoTo as a Customer Support Engineer Tier II, where they deployed and troubleshooted PABX cloud clients, provided user support for configurations, and administered the tool.

In 2024, André completed another post-graduate degree in People Management from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
