Steve Scott

Steve Scott has a strong background in cybersecurity and offensive security. Steve currently holds the position of Head of Offensive Security at GoTo, where they lead the Offensive Security program and supports the Chief Information Security Officer in improving the company's security posture. Prior to this role, Steve worked at Charles Schwab as a Senior Manager in Security Development & Engineering, where they helped developers build secure applications and protected client assets as an Offensive Security Senior Staff Specialist. Steve also has experience as a Global Product Security and Privacy Architect at Johnson Controls and as a Senior Cyber Security Engineer at American Transmission Co., where they were responsible for protecting critical infrastructure and enforcing IT policies and procedures.

Steve Scott holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Cyber Security from Valparaiso University. Steve has also obtained several additional certifications, including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP), Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), and Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP).
