Kasey Smith

Kasey Smith has over eight years of experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Operations Supervisor at CSP Ltd. since July 2015. Responsibilities include conducting team briefings, driving customer service initiatives, making strategic decisions, and ensuring effective execution of operation plans. Kasey has also led operations at special events and maintained liaison with clients. Prior to this role, Kasey worked as a Traffic Marshall and Tax Advisor at Tax Returned from April to August 2021. Kasey holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing from the University of Northampton and a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Information Technology from West London College.
