Hugo Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Hugo started their career in 2004 as a Phone Operator at Embassy Suites, where they assisted guests and handled incoming calls. Hugo then moved on to roles such as Front Office Clerk and Night Auditor, where they provided customer service and managed financial transactions. From 2009 to 2011, Hugo worked as an Assistant GM at Hardtimes Billiards.

In 2011, Hugo joined American Airlines as an International Flight Attendant, where they provided customer support and ensured passenger safety. Hugo worked in this role for five years before transitioning to the tech industry.

Hugo joined Shore GmbH in 2015, initially working as an Account Manager and Tech Account Manager, assisting users with software onboarding and providing support.
