Aysia Drachenberg

Aysia Drachenberg has extensive experience in technical writing and process engineering, currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer and Process Engineering Manager at goTRG since 2018. In the role of Process Engineering Manager, Aysia leads a five-member team focused on time studies, SOP training, and task delegations, while preparing executive reports and presentations. Previous roles at goTRG include Process & Procedures Analyst, Document Control Associate, and SOP Writer, where Aysia contributed to enhancing workflows, documenting procedures, and managing SOPs across multiple departments. Before joining goTRG, Aysia worked as an Eligibility Support Worker at Serco, assisting individuals with health insurance applications, and as a Guest Services Associate at the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, providing exceptional service to museum guests. Aysia holds an Associate of Arts degree from NorthWest Arkansas Community College.
