Pooya Yavari

Pooya Yavari has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Starting as a System Architect in 2003, they later served as an IT Business Consultant and Deputy Director of Information Technology. Pooya went on to hold the title of Chief Technology Officer at THG Fluently from 2012 to 2016. In 2023, they joined GovData Ltd as the Chief Technology Officer, continuing to demonstrate their expertise in the industry.

Pooya Yavari completed a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English Language and Literature at Sheikh Bahaei University from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, they attended Ebrahimi High School and Pre-University where they focused on Theoretical Mathematics & Physics. Pooya then pursued a Graduate Certificate (Hons) in Computing at London Metropolitan University in 2009. Later, in 2009 as well, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) with Distinction in Modern Communication Technologies with Business Management from the University of Sussex. Most recently, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Development at Durham University Business School in 2023, with a Certificate in Global Business from Esade in 2018.
