Eimear Leonard

Eimear Leonard is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the Department of Public Expenditure & Reform since June 2020, Eimear previously held multiple HR roles at Trinity College Dublin, including HR Partner for both the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences and the Corporate Services Division, as well as Administrative Officer for Staff Performance and Review. Earlier positions included Recruitment Partner and Recruitment Executive at Dublin Institute of Technology, and Clerical Officer in Human Resources. Eimear’s career began as a Store Manager at Xtravision Ltd. Education includes a CIPD Award in Employment Law and Employee Relations from the National College of Ireland and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dublin Business School.
