Eoin Tunstead

Eoin Tunstead currently serves as a Higher Executive Officer in the Public Service Transformation Delivery Unit at the Department of Public Expenditure NDP Delivery & Reform since July 2021. Previously, Eoin held roles as a Higher Executive Officer in the Digital Government Oversight Unit and as a Communications Executive in the Public Service Transformation Delivery Unit. Eoin's earlier experience includes an Executive Officer position at An Garda Síochána and a Sales Assistant role at Arnotts. Additionally, Eoin completed a Communications and European Policy internship at European Movement Ireland. Educational qualifications include a Professional Diploma in Public Relations from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland, an M.A. in International Relations from Dublin City University, a Bachelor of Arts (International) in French and History from Maynooth University, and a Bachelor of Arts (International) in French Language and Literature from Aix-Marseille University.
