Matthew Dignam

Matthew Dignam currently serves as a Policy Analyst at the Department of Public Expenditure NDP Delivery & Reform since March 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew was an Administrative Officer at the Department of Health in Ireland from January 2020 to March 2023, focusing on financial performance and the Government's response to the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly in Primary Care. Earlier in their career, Matthew held positions as a Duty Manager at Awesome Walls Climbing Centres and as a Foreign Language Teacher at Summit Foreign Language School, where responsibilities included creating educational materials and providing feedback on student work. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Economic Policy from Trinity College Dublin and a Master's degree in Management Consultancy from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Technological University Dublin.
