Joshua Pereira

Joshua Pereira is a Principal Scientist at Jersey Hemp, providing expertise in the development and validation of organic CBD products since February 2020. Responsibilities include supervising laboratory staff, implementing standard operating procedures, and maintaining testing equipment for optimal efficiency. With prior roles including Acting CSO and Laboratory Manager at Jersey Hemp, as well as experience at BioPharmaSpec and the Government of Jersey, Joshua has a strong foundation in analytical chemistry and data analysis. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in Biochemistry from the University of Essex and has been involved in various educational and entrepreneurial activities, enhancing the vibrant community in Jersey.
