Jacob Hofstetter is a proficient policy analyst with extensive experience in research and advocacy within the realms of social justice and immigrant services. Currently employed at the Migration Policy Institute since May 2020, Jacob previously served as a research and policy associate at the Massachusetts Appleseed Center for Law and Justice, managing projects and writing comprehensive policy reports. Past roles include internships focused on advocacy at Refugee Services of Texas and program coordination at Human Rights First. Jacob also contributed to education as a Fulbright Scholar in Spain. Jacob holds a Master of Global Policy Studies from The LBJ School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Miami University.
