Kyle Novinger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kyle began their career as a Player at Prince William Soccer Inc from 2000 to 2010. Later, they worked as a Sales Representative at CUTCO Cutlery in 2010. In this role, they focused on B2B sales, customer service, and business development. Kyle then joined TekMasters in 2014 as an Account Manager & Business Development professional, responsible for expanding the customer base and achieving long-term account goals. In 2019, they worked as a BD/Capture consultant at The New IT. Currently, they serve as Vice President of Strategic Growth at Government Tactical Solutions, LLC, where they are responsible for strategic growth and business development in the IC, DoD, and Fed Civ sectors.
