Dwayne L. Gill

Dwayne L. Gill has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Dwayne L. is currently serving as the Associate Vice President at Governmental Consultant Services, Inc. GCSI since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Secure Education Consultants from 2022 to 2023.

However, their most extensive experience comes from their time at Michigan State Police, where they held multiple roles over a period of almost thirty years. From 1993 to 2022, Dwayne served as the Michigan State Police Recruitment Coordinator, overseeing recruiters and implementing initiatives to increase diversity within the force. Dwayne L. also worked as a Law Enforcement Policy Advisor to Governor Rick Snyder from 2010 to 2015, advocating for legislative policies and coordinating responses to anticipated changes.

Earlier in their career, Dwayne held several sergeant positions within Michigan State Police, including overseeing troopers, managing law enforcement operations, and providing security to past Governors John M. Engler and Jennifer M. Granholm. Throughout their career, Dwayne has demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to improving law enforcement practices.
