Ross Himes

Ross Himes is a Network Engineer at GovCIO since July 2022, where responsibilities include maintaining the operational and security capabilities of the VA’s network gateways and providing Tier II network engineering support for the VA Network Operations Center. Prior experience includes working as a Slot Technician at Penn National Gaming and serving as a Customer Service Representative at Domino's, where recognition as Customer Service Representative of the Year was achieved in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Additional roles include an IT internship at the US Fish and Wildlife NCTC and a Warehouse Associate position at Macy’s Fulfillment Center. Educational credentials include an A.A.S in Computer Network Engineering from Blue Ridge Community and Technical College and a diploma from Spring Mills High School.
