Ryan McNally

Ryan McNally has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Ryan started their career as a Technical Recruiter at ALTA IT Services in 2006 and later worked as an Account Manager at Trilogy Technical Services in 2008. McNally returned to ALTA IT Services as a Technical Recruiter in 2010, where they developed a strong pipeline of candidates and maintained relationships with both clients and candidates. In 2014, they joined Talascend as a Lead IT Recruiter before moving to HireStrategy in 2015 as a Director of Technology Search. At HireStrategy, McNally recruited for various skill sets and positions and also played a role in mentoring and training junior recruiters. Ryan then joined Digital Infuzion in 2017 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead before transitioning to DMI (Digital Management, LLC) in 2018. Ryan'sroles at DMI included Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Lead, with a focus on defense recruitment. Most recently, McNally joined GovernmentCIO in 2020 as a Senior Recruiter (Talent Lead), where they supported the staffing process for Federal Civilian agencies. Overall, McNally has demonstrated expertise in recruiting, building candidate networks, and developing client relationships throughout their career.

Ryan McNally completed their Associate's Degree in General Studies at Montgomery College. Afterward, they attended the University of Maryland from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology.
