Darci Morrissette, MBA

Darci Morrissette, MBA has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Darci began their career as a Sandwich Maker at Subway and then moved on to become a Receiving Clerk at Governors America Corp. in 2006. In 2008, they became a Varsity Cheerleading Coach at East Longmeadow High School. Darci then returned to Governors America Corp. in 2013, where they were a Continuous Improvement Specialist, Engineering Support Lead, and Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager. In 2021, they successfully led a team through AS9100:D Quality Management Systems certification. Additionally, they transitioned antiquated quality databases to automated quality management software, Unipoint. Darci also managed KPI reporting to ensure overall company goals were achieved. In 2013, they became a Distributor at Advocare.

Darci Morrissette, MBA has a comprehensive educational history. Darci received their High School Diploma from East Longmeadow HS in 2004. Darci then attended Worcester State University from 2004-2005, studying Health and Physical Education/Fitness. From 2005-2005, they studied General Studies at Springfield Technical Community College. Darci then went on to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Operations Management from Bay Path University in 2012. Finally, they received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bay Path University in 2017, with a focus on Entrepreneurial Thinking & Innovative Practices.
