Lauren Pearson

Lauren Pearson is an MD candidate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine, with expected graduation in 2024. Prior to medical school, Lauren completed a post-baccalaureate in Biology at North Carolina Central University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Lauren has diverse experience, including roles as a medical scribe at ScribeAmerica, a volunteer research assistant in behavioral studies, and various positions in the service industry, providing exceptional customer service in fine dining environments. Additionally, Lauren has served in the US Army Corps of Engineers and the North Carolina National Guard, gaining leadership and administrative experience while managing large-scale events and operations.
