Shawn Walker

Shawn Walker began their career in 2014 as an Assistant Manager at Jiffy Lube Southeast, where they built and led a team of service-oriented technicians, planned and directed staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. In 2016, they moved to Greenleaf Management, LLC as an IT Manager, where they demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with various leaders throughout the organization to understand business needs and implement technical solutions. Shawn conducted risk/opportunity analysis to recommend and design modifications to streamline/enhance standard operational processes and built case diagrams, performed UA testing and debugging to ensure successful rollout of system enhancements and new product implementation. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Project Manager at GovSense, where they are responsible for delivery of the project, including managing resources, schedule, budget, scope and quality of the solution. Shawn also demonstrates cross-functional collaboration with various leaders throughout the organization to understand business needs and implement technical solutions, and manages, tracks, and communicates progress of end-to-end implementations, demonstrating action-oriented leadership when faced with a project roadblock.

Shawn Walker obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of West Georgia in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Shiloh High School in 2012.
