André Moreira

André Moreira has worked in three different companies. In 2019, they began working as an R&D Engineer at Simoldes, where they developed a decision support and control framework for the allocation of tasks in CNC's. André also conducted an analysis of the method of task planning and allocation of the company, as well as recording and centralizing data obtained through the CNC's. In 2021, they began a Research Scholarship at INESC Technology and Science - Associate Laboratory, where they redesigned a planning system for small quantities using AMPL/Python/Excel and developed two interconnected planning systems with strategic planning aided by a lot sizing optimization system. Currently, they are a Trainee Software Engineer - IoT Solutions at Daloop.

André Moreira completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Industrial Management from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto in 2019, and they are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering from the same institution.
