Adam Falkenberg

Adam Falkenberg is an accomplished professional in instructional design and technology, currently serving as a Senior Learning Experience Designer at GP Strategies Corporation since May 2022. In this role, Adam coaches Microsoft FTEs on effective presentation techniques and develops eLearning solutions. Prior experience includes positions as a Portfolio Manager for Microsoft, Senior Instructional Designer at Sprout Mortgage, and Instructional Designer at First Republic Bank, among others. Adam has a diverse background spanning over two decades in both academic and corporate environments, including roles at institutions such as the University of California, Berkeley, and UAF Community & Technical College. Adam holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Lewis & Clark College.
