Aimee Benica is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with over 25 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at GP Strategies Corporation since June 1998, Aimee manages the complete recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to optimize resourcing strategies. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Technical Recruiter at Barra, Inc., where Aimee supported the IS department and Software Engineering, and as a Technical Recruiter at Searchwright, Inc., where Aimee established a technical recruiting department. Additionally, Aimee worked at Aerotek, Inc. in a fast-paced environment placing computer professionals. Aimee holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Towson University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Pittsburgh.
