Dean O'Neill

Dean O'Neill has over 15 years of experience in project and program management roles. Dean is currently the Head of Program Delivery at GP Strategies Corporation. In their previous role as the Head of IT Governance at Pilgrim's Shared Services, they were responsible for managing a Project Management Office, overseeing IT budgets, and ensuring compliance with various regulations. Before that, they worked at Moy Park as a Senior IT Project Manager, where they successfully delivered large-scale SAP ERP implementation projects and collaborated with internal and external audit teams for SOX governance controls. In addition, Dean has experience as a Project Manager for England Rugby World Cup 2015 and London 2012 Olympics, where they managed complex event-related programs. Dean also worked as a Project Manager at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, leading infrastructure consolidation projects, and at Northern Ireland Water, managing various projects and providing program support.

Dean O'Neill completed a degree in Management with a field of study in Business Management from Queen's University Belfast from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they also attended Queen's University Belfast for an unspecified period of time without obtaining a degree or specific field of study.
