Sean Nugent

Sean Nugent has over 20 years of experience in the learning and development industry. Sean is currently serving as the Senior Director LX Growth EMEA at GP Strategies Corporation, where they are responsible for driving sales and business growth. Prior to this, they held positions at LEO Learning and escalla, where they led teams and promoted the use of digital learning services. Sean also worked at LEO and LINE Communications, overseeing key accounts and developing innovative digital solutions for clients. Additionally, Sean had earlier roles at ACT e-learning and Sheffield Hallam University, contributing to learning design and development.

Sean Nugent obtained a CMI/IC Certificate in Consulting from the Institute of Consulting in 2011. Prior to that, they earned an MSc in Multimedia computing (e-learning) from the University of Derby in 2000. Sean Nugent also holds an HND in Applied Physics from Sheffield Hallam University, which they completed between 1981 and 1984.
