Tony Mok

SVP, APAC Region at GP Strategies

Tony Mok is senior vice president of GP Strategies in the Asia-Pacific region. Tony is in charge of strategic management for the company in the APAC region and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the organisation. He is focused on overseeing and deepening customer relationships to ensure optimal development of strategic learning programs as well as uncovering new business opportunities. Tony brings with him more than 17 years of experience in learning organizations focused on creating learning solutions that align with strategic business goals.

Prior to GP Strategies, Tony was a Senior Vice President of Leadership Development at Temasek Management Services (TMS) Academy in Singapore, Head of the Asia Learning Centre at Thomson Reuters, and Senior Relationship Banker in ABN AMRO.

Within TMS Academy, he was responsible for the operations and management of the Business Leadership Centre. In his role at Thomson Reuters, he led a team responsible for the learning and development of their Global Sales and Services Operations, primarily front line staff in Asia. He was also was a founding member of the Asia Innovation Circle as well as Co-chair of the Asia Diversity & Inclusion Council within Thomson Reuters.

Before that, Tony spent a decade in investment banking and relationship management with ABN AMRO Bank. His last position there was as Senior Relationship Banker and Head of the Consumer Industries Group covering Hong Kong and China.

Tony is also an active volunteer, spending his free time between several government and volunteer organisations as well at an educational institution. He was awarded The Public Service Medal by the President of Singapore for his contributions to the community in the 2020 National Day Awards.

He holds a law degree from Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London.
