Josh Lavanchy

Josh Lavanchy began their work experience as a Steel Detailer Trainee at Marion Steel Fabrication, Inc. in June 2007. Josh then joined GPD Group in August 2012 as a Structural Engineer. From March 2013 to December 2015, they worked as an Associate Construction Manager. Subsequently, they served as an Assistant Construction Manager from January 2016 to December 2018. Josh then transitioned to the role of Construction Manager in January 2019 and held this position until May 2020. After that, they took on the role of Construction Manager again from May 2020 to December 2022. Currently, they are working at GPD Group as a Project Manager starting in January 2023.

From 2008 to 2012, Josh Lavanchy attended Purdue University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural engineering.
