Shurao Zhang

Shurao (Zoe) Zhang, P.E. is a Project Manager at GPLA, Inc. since June 2022, having previously held roles as a Project Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Project Manager and Structural Designer at Onyx Design and Consulting, LLC from July 2020 to June 2021, and as a Structural Designer at Carney Engineering Group Inc. from May 2017 to July 2020. Shurao began a career in engineering with an internship at The Pennsylvania State University's College of Engineering, providing a bridge between school management and student leaders, and also worked as an Engineering Scientific and Technical Intern at PennDOT in summer 2016. Education includes a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley (2021-2022) and a bachelor's degree from Penn State University (2013-2017).
