Jerry Scott

Jerry Scott has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jerry started their career as the Director of Operations at Kurt D. Reed Associates, where they were responsible for various aspects of office management, client management, financials, proposals/contracts, business development, and employee development. During their tenure, they successfully increased annual revenue and profitability through the implementation of improved systems and processes.

Jerry then moved on to SSOE, Inc. as an Operations Manager, where they collaborated with other departments to optimize project teams and enhance client service. Jerry also played a key role in proposal preparation and worked on reducing liability exposure.

Jerry's next role was Vice President of Operations at GlobalTranz, where they automated accounting processes and implemented better project staffing strategies. Jerry also reviewed contracts to minimize liability.

At E & Y Holdings, Jerry served as Vice President of Operations, overseeing various departments and implementing automation and reporting systems to improve operational efficiency and reduce labor costs.

Jerry then joined AZ Growth Advisors as an Executive Member, where they contributed their expertise to the company.
