Alison Sneddon

Alison Sneddon is a mentor at FemTech Lab, aiding FemTech entrepreneurs in navigating B2B sales with employers and supporting employer DEI initiatives. Previously, Alison held positions such as Senior Counsel and Senior Associate in Employment at GQ|Littler, Employment Solicitor at Nomura, and Employment Associate at Linklaters. Alison also has experience as a Trainee Solicitor at CMS UK and Aon, and as a Human Resources Adviser at RBS. Alison holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from The University of Edinburgh, as well as other legal qualifications from The University of Law, BPP Law School, and the New York Law Exam. Alison also completed a Hormone Health Course at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
