Kim Anh Nguyen

Kim Anh Nguyen is the Manager of HR Business Partner at Grab. Kim has over eight years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Development. Prior to joining Grab, they were the Human Resources Manager for ALDO Shoes & Accessories Vietnam, where they were responsible for defining and proposing HR strategic plans and initiatives, building annual operating plans, and leading the development and improvement of SOPs within HR/Admin.

Kim Anh Nguyen has a Bachelor of Arts from La Trobe University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Kim Anh Nguyen has a Master in Professional Accounting from La Trobe University with High Distinction. Kim also has a Bachelor with Honours in International Business and Financial Analysis from La Trobe University. Her certifications include VBA & Macro in Excel from UniTrain Consulting and Training Co., Ltd., Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI from UniTrain Consulting and Training Co., Ltd., First Aid in Mental Health Theory from Singapore Emergency Responder Academy, Application of DISC in people management from TOPSKILLS, IHRM (International HR Management) from PACE Institute of Management, Leader Mindset from TOPPION GROUP, HR Business Partner from ITD World Vietnam, and CPA Associate Member from CPA Australia - Certified Practicing Accountants.
