Talitha Chin Rui Ling

Talitha Chin Rui Ling is an experienced product manager currently serving as the Lead Product Manager at Open Government Products, GovTech since October 2018, managing a team of over 30 professionals and overseeing six product managers. This role includes leading the development of significant platforms like RedeemSG, PaySG, and Scamshield, among others. Prior to this, Talitha held positions as Senior Product Manager and Product Manager, where key contributions included the development of RedeemSG.
