Richard Steadman

Richard Steadman has extensive experience in various roles within the telecommunications and financial industries. Richard has been with IntelePeer since 2015, starting as a Product & Pricing Manager and progressing to Director Product, Media Services. In their current role as Senior Director of Product, Media Services, they lead a team and is responsible for the development of CPaaS products.

Prior to their time at IntelePeer, Richard worked at Lumen Technologies as a Pricing Manager and Manager of Planning and Analysis. Richard successfully managed reporting, business case development, and pricing strategy for various product suites.

Richard also gained experience at Great-West Life as a Key Business Analyst, where they managed reporting and implemented process improvements. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Accounts Payable Clerk at First Data, where they contributed to transaction management and led process improvements for the monthly close process.

Richard Steadman obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business in the years 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Lehigh University from 2001 to 2002, where they focused on engineering without completing a degree. In 2015, they obtained a certification in negotiation expertise from Negotiation Expertise, LLC.
