Jacqueline Drumhiller has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management, currently serving as a Continuous Care/Case Manager at Grace Healthcare Services since March 2021. Prior roles include Nursing Concierge at The Jewish Home for Rehabilitation and Nursing Inc., where participation in developing the Concierge Nurse position was a key contribution, and Registered Nurse - Medical Case Manager at 21 Plus, Inc., supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
