Cam Luis Razo

Luis Razo has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Luis started their career in 2008 as an Assistant Manager at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC., where they worked until 2013. In 2014, they joined Phoenix Roze as a Sales Associate for a brief period. Later that year, they joined The Michelson Organization as an Assistant Community Manager, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined B&M Management Co as an Assistant Community Director and later transitioned to the role of Community Director in 2018, until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Luis worked as a Community Manager at Greystar. Currently, they are employed at Grace Hill, where they initially served as an Account Manager from 2021 to 2022 and has now been promoted to the role of Senior Account Manager.

Luis Razo, CAM, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. In addition, Luis has acquired certifications in CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and NALP (National Apartment Leasing Professional) from the National Apartment Association in April 2016 and April 2015, respectively.
