Brandon Gustafson

Brandon Gustafson is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Graco since August 2014, Brandon oversees an engineering team of 14 and manages a $2M budget, ensuring the continuation of engineering efforts contributing to $120M in annual revenue. Prior to Graco, Brandon held the position of Lead Engineer for Piston Pumps at Eaton - Hydraulics Business, where responsibilities included leading a global design team and reliability modeling. Brandon's career began at Altec, where various roles encompassed designing hydraulic and electric control systems and managing quality processes. Brandon earned a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
