Kelly Hetke

Kelly Hetke is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Manager, HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions at Graco since September 2019. In this role, Kelly partners with C-suite leadership across various corporate sectors, including finance, marketing, IT, operations, and legal, to develop HR strategies that align with Graco's growth objectives through effective talent management and workforce planning. Prior to this, Kelly was the Manager of Corporate Compensation at Graco, leading a team responsible for the global compensation programs. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Compensation Analyst and Human Resources Generalist at Midwest Radiology. Kelly holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business and a BS in Applied Social Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
