Stephanie Baker has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Barista at BIGGBY COFFEE for a few months. In 2012 and 2013, Stephanie interned at the Ella Sharp Museum, gaining experience in giving tours, children's programs, and historical research. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Reference Desk Student Assistant at Ball State University Libraries. In 2015, Stephanie had a role in visitor services at Cell Block 7. Stephanie then worked as a Box Office Agent at Beef and Boards Dinner Theatre from 2016 to 2017. Stephanie served as an Adoption Counselor at the Humane Society of Indianapolis from 2017 to 2018. Stephanie joined GradGuard in 2018 as a Customer Advocate Team Lead, focusing on customer service and sales. In 2020, Stephanie became the Head of Agency Operations at GradGuard, where they recruited and trained team members and provided member service support. Between 2020 and 2021, they worked as a Project Manager and Quality Assurance Coordinator at GradGuard. Currently, Stephanie holds the role of Director of Program Compliance at GradGuard, responsible for ensuring compliance in school implementations and marketing materials.
