Lauren Buys has a diverse background in strategy and experiential marketing. Lauren is currently the Head of Strategy at GRADIENT, where they oversee all client strategy across various areas such as brand strategy, live experience strategy, digital experience strategy, and content strategy. Before that, Lauren worked at Bustle Digital Group as an Associate Director and Senior Marketing Manager, focusing on experiential strategy. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Strategy, Creative at We Are BMF, where they led a team and developed comprehensive marketing strategies for clients. Lauren has also gained experience in event management and coordination at American Red Cross and Macy's.
Lauren Buys earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Pace University, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Metaverse and NFTs for Marketing" and "Sales Strategies and Approaches in a New World of Selling" from LinkedIn in 2022.
