Stacey Geddes

Stacey Geddes has extensive work experience in various roles in the customer support and sales field. Starting in 2007, Stacey worked at TELUS as an Inside Sales Specialist, Outbound Sales Specialist, and Loyalty and Retention Specialist until 2011. In 2017, Stacey joined Passportal as a Partner Success Specialist and remained there until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, Stacey worked at SolarWinds MSP as a Senior Onboarding Specialist. In 2021, Stacey joined Zomentum as a Senior Manager of Customer Success and later joined Gradient MSP as a Manager of Partner Success. Currently, Stacey holds the role of Manager of Partner Support at Gradient MSP.

Stacey Geddes completed their education from 2000 to 2002 at Thompson Rivers University, where they obtained a degree in Community and School Support Worker, with a field of study in Family and Community Services.

In addition to their formal education, Stacey has obtained several certifications in various subjects. These include certifications such as "How to Research and Write Using Generative AI Tools," "Customer Service: Knowledge Management," "Get Ready for Generative AI," and "Transitioning from Manager to Leader" from LinkedIn, all obtained in February and May 2023.

Stacey also holds a certification in Liongard Certified Professional (LCP) Certification Assessment, obtained in March 2022, and certifications such as "Making More Impact as a Middle Manager" from LinkedIn, obtained in February 2022, and "Product Led Growth Fundamentals Certificate" from ProductLed, obtained in June 2021.

In terms of customer service certifications, Stacey has obtained "Customer Service Foundations" from LinkedIn in September 2020, as well as "Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2" and "Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1" from SuccessHACKER in January and December 2022, respectively.

Lastly, they have completed the "Becoming an AI-First Product Leader" certification from LinkedIn in April 2021, and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" certification from LinkedIn in September 2020.
