John Haprian

John Haprian has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. John began their career in 1997 as an Information Systems Manager at Ohio Aerospace Institute. From 1999 to 2004, they worked at Case Western Reserve University as a Unix System Administrator, where they provided Tier II support and designed and implemented Unix system solutions. In 2004, they moved to PerceptIS as a Manager of Professional Services. John then worked at Monarch Teaching Technologies as a Manager of Development and Operations from 2008 to 2013. John then moved to Hurricane Labs as a Technical Services Manager. In 2017, they started at Westfield Insurance as a Project Manager. In 2018, they joined BriteCore as an Implementation Project Manager, where they are currently leading a $3MM SaaS insurance platform implementation. In 2021, they began working at Gradient AI as a Senior Project Manager and Client Engagement Manager.

John Haprian obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2004 and 2006. John has also obtained several certifications, including AINS24 from The Institutes in June 2020, Persuading Others from Lynda.com in September 2018, Compassionate Directness from Lynda.com in August 2018, and Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in June 2018.
