Vladimir Gusiatnikov

Vladimir Gusiatnikov is a Staff Electrical Engineer at Gradient since May 2022, working on making electrification feasible and affordable with the All-Weather 120V Window Heat Pump. Prior to this, Vladimir has worked as a Consultant at Applaud Medical, Inc. and as an Engineer and Founder at Molde, where Vladimir developed a "smoke alarm" for detecting pathogens in ambient air. With a background in physics from Purdue University, Vladimir has also contributed to projects at companies such as Airity Technologies, Lucira Health, and Promega, showcasing their expertise in electrical engineering and instrumentation design.
