Jared Franze

Jared Franze is a Senior Customer Support Engineer at Gradle Inc. since May 2023, bringing valuable experience from previous roles at IBM as a DevOps Engineer focused on cloud environments and CI/CD service flows from June 2021 to May 2023. Prior to that, Jared served as a Technical Trainer at SailPoint, co-teaching IdentityIQ classes, and gained extensive experience at IBM from 2014 to 2020 in software development and technical support for security products. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Geosciences from The University of Texas at Dallas, completed in 2015, and graduated from Gunter High School in 2011.
