Kyle Sutton

Kyle Sutton has a strong background in leading and managing various organizations. Their most recent position is as the Head of Strategy & Operations at Gradual, where they oversee sales, marketing, and product operations for a startup software company. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at ELC, where they managed overall operations and collaborated with the CEO to bring vision to reality. Kyle also has experience in the event production industry, having worked as an Executive Producer at The VOX Group and as the Owner of KS Production Group, where they provided technical consulting and production management services for live events. Additionally, Kyle has a background in nonprofit management, having held positions such as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at Sigma Phi Epsilon. Kyle has led teams, managed information systems, and facilitated organizational growth and strategic planning. Kyle began their career at the University of Cincinnati, where they worked as a Student Associate in the Office of the President and as a Tutor in the Department of Athletics Academic Services.

Kyle Sutton attended the University of Cincinnati from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. In 2012, they also completed the Management Development Certificate Program at the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business.
