Nelson Ortiz is the Office Leader at GRAEF in Miami and also serves as the Vice President at Consulting Engineering & Science, Inc. Nelson holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida State University. Prior to their current roles, Nelson pursued Civil Engineering at Christopher Columbus High School.
