Christopher Wilson

Christopher Wilson serves as the Director of Customer Experience Operations at Grafana Labs since July 2021. Prior to this role, Christopher was the Director of Customer Experience at WP Engine from May 2013 to July 2021, where responsibilities included oversight of data, metrics, and support systems for the customer experience organization. Earlier in the career, Christopher worked as Manager of Operations (Cloud) at Rackspace Hosting from October 2008 to May 2013. Christopher holds a degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin, which was earned between 2003 and 2008.
