Matt Mendick

Matt Mendick is the current Director of Engineering at Grafana Labs. Matt has over 10 years of experience in software engineering and management.

Prior to joining Grafana Labs, Matt was the Director of Software Engineering at EagleView. There they led a team of Agile developers, technical leads and managers responsible for both internal and external applications. Matt also oversaw the majority of the software engineering team in Rochester.

Before EagleView, Matt worked as a Jr PHP Developer at Omni Prepaid Group LLC. There they developed shopping cart applications and other web applications using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and AJAX.

Matt Mendick has a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh.

Matt Mendick reports to Anthony Woods, CTO & Co-Founder. They work with Myrle Krantz - Senior Engineering Manager, David Kitchen - Director, Engineering, and Jessica Brown - Engineering Manager.
