David Downing

David Downing is an experienced professional in retail real estate, currently serving as the Managing Director of Leasing & Development at Graffito SP since August 2013. At Graffito SP, a Boston-based advisory and investment firm, David focuses on master planning, retail leasing, and branding to create dynamic ground floor spaces that enhance community character. Prior to this role, David held positions as a Leasing Manager at CityRetail and as a Development Manager at Twining Properties from December 2007 to August 2013. David holds a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Northeastern University.
