Igor Mashtaler is a seasoned quantitative research professional with extensive experience in the finance sector. Currently serving as a Quantitative Research Analyst in Systematic Equities at Graham Capital Management, L.P. since March 2021, Igor has a strong background that includes roles as a Research Analyst at Point72 and as the Founder of Empirical Research Technologies. Previous positions include Executive Director of Quantitative Equity Research at MSCI Inc., Vice President of Quantitative Risk Analysis at JP Morgan, and Vice President of Quantitative Development at Bear Stearns. Igor began a consulting career at Telcordia Technologies, Inc. and holds a degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
