Jane Marshall

Jane Marshall is Vice President & Co-General Counsel for Graham Media Group. She has been with GMG since 2006.

In her role, Marshall provides advice and counsel to the management team on a broad range of issues involving employment, defamation, privacy, trademark, copyright, litigation and regulatory matters. She is also responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for syndicated programming, digital media, marketing and sales, personal services, technical services and other commercial matters.

Marshall previously worked in employment litigation for the law firm of Bodman, LLP in Detroit, the Michigan Attorney General, and was also a law clerk for the Honorable Paul J. Komives, United States Magistrate Judge. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Marshall had a career in sales and marketing, working five years for General Motors.

Marshall received her JD, with honors, from the University of Michigan Law School, and is a graduate of Michigan State University (B.A. & M.B.A, with honors). She is a member of the American Bar Association.
