Dillon Barnes Cox

Dillon Barnes Cox is a seasoned fundraising consultant and nonprofit leader with extensive experience in major gifts and development program organization. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Graham-Pelton since April 2023, Dillon also operates as the Owner and Founder of Hatton, celebrating female entrepreneurship and community giving. Dillon established Dillon Barnes Cox Consulting in June 2009, focusing on independent fundraising efforts. Previous roles include Major Gifts Officer at Sidwell Friends School, Director of Advancement at The Primary Day School, and National Director of Development at KEEN USA. Dillon has contributed to multiple organizations as an advisory and committee member, including GEORGETOWN INTERNAL MEDICINE AND PEDIATRICS and the Connelly School of the Holy Child. Dillon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
