Nicole M. Dubois

Nicole DuBois is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer at Graham Windham, leading the Human Resources and Training functions for a NYC-based child welfare organization with nearly 600 employees since June 2006. Nicole's expertise includes a strategic focus on attracting, supporting, retaining, and developing talent to further the organization's mission. Additional roles include Acting Director of Human Resources and various positions emphasizing program performance and staff development. Nicole is also a member of the Chief network, dedicated to empowering women executives, and the OnCon Senior Council, which consists of top executives discussing industry challenges and trends.
